Guests can take advantage of the warm weather with the property's barbecue facilities. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Location was central to the main attraction of Kawaguchiko lake where you could go for a (long) walk there, bike there, or even bus there. The owner even offered e-bike rentals early morning that let me catch the sunrise, and it was one of the best travel moments I've had. He was so helpful with sightseeing advice and we were able to communicate using translation apps. Traditional Japanese house, spacious rooms, lots of quiet, and centrally located to convenience stores, a large supermarket with cheap bento boxes, and less touristed restaurants. Luggage storage is available before and after check in.

The breakfast was also very good. Everything was cooked by the host himself - Yoshi. He appeared to be a very nice guy. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!
