I loved sitting outside our room drinking our coffee each morning with a view of the water. And then sitting by the water watching the sunset. Everyone who stayed there while we were there were wonderful and friendly and it made the stay so very nice.

The incredible situation : our room was literally on the beach ! The kindness of our hosts. A relaxing place, a little old fashioned, but charming , very clean and so much more human than any large resort. I do recommend this place if you are the area of Cocoa Beach.

Exactly as advertised. Was very pleasant and peaceful. Everyone was really friendly and everything worked perfectly. Nice extra touches like the cornhole board and hammocks made our stay very comfortable.

Clean tidy room. Micro & fridge coffee machine. Comfy bed good supply of towels &accessories. Polite cheerful staff. Good breakfast 😋 publix and dominos 5min walk 5mins walk to beach
