They staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a towel but they sorted one for me. They also called me a taxi to the bus station. Both staff members I spoke with were super welcoming and I felt very at home.

This albergue is the perfect finish to the Camino. The offer a lot more than others do and give some personal attention to things that others don’t. They even gave me a small breakfast because I had to leave very early the next day

The hostel was very clean and well maintained. They had comfortable beds with sheets, blackout curtains, cabinets, shelves, lamps by each bed. toilet and bathroom were clean. A large equipped kitchen and the possibility to buy food for cooking at the reception. Possibility of washing and drying. Almost a design experience.

The room is very nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed, and provided with everything you may need. They offer a nice cleaning service every three days. Breakfast is excellent and served in a lovely room. Location is great, close to the University and the city center (10 mins walking). I had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable sturdy bunk beds that weren't shaky or squeaky. Room was spacious and cozy. Each bunk had individual power and usb points. Good security.

I was surprised, the hostel was clean, calm and close to the bus station that takes you to the city center, the Dream in Santiago team were amazing they were helpful doing everything to make you feel confortable like you are home. After all, this hostel goes beyond my expectations. I really recommend it

Ideal location for a pilgrim and very relaxing with it's own garden space to relax. Staff very friendly and good english spoken. Also helpful with advice for meals, etc and even helping pilgrims find alternative when they were full.
