We stayed for a night on 11th Nov'23 with family of 7. The place is modern, comfortable and super clean. All the amenities and essentials are as listed/featured in his pictures. It’s located just walking distance to Anfield Stadium. We enjoyed the stay in his apartment and want to come to his apartment again in near future. Without any reservations, we are highly recommending this flat for the people who are keen on quality.

Avocet Lodge, Snettisham is situated in Kings Lynn, 16 km from Houghton Hall, 7.4 km from Sandringham House Museum & Grounds, as well as 11 km from Castle Rising Castle. Absolutely beautiful place to stay ,clean comfy and plenty facilities, beautiful tasty home made scones with jam and cream waiting for us , milk,tea,coffee all there, and towels , wonderful as I forgot mine , I would stay there again as soon as I get the chance 😋

Very well equipped and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was a great addition. The hosts were lovely and very helpful/ We will definitely come back and stay here again.
